Salon Policies
1. Booking & Deposits: All appointments must be booked online, including family and friends. A deposit is required for every service. If you prefer to pay via ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, please select the waitlist option online (include the EXACT date & time). I will contact you within 24 hours. **No deposit = No appointment**. If you’re on the waitlist and an opening is available, a deposit is required; otherwise, it goes to the next waitlist guest ready with a deposit.
2. Late Arrivals: You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive. If you're more than 15 minutes late, there’s a $25 late fee (if I can still accommodate you). Otherwise we’d have to reschedule within the same week.
3. Service Changes: No last-minute service changes. You will pay for the service booked. For example, if you booked knotless braids and want to switch to a silk press, you’ll still be charged for knotless braids, as you reserved 8 hours of my time, not 2. Please give at least 7 days' notice for style changes.
4. Bathroom Etiquette: There is one unisex community bathroom. Please do not flush sanitary items. Kindly clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly.
5. Guest Policy: You may bring up to 2 additional guests. Any additional guests must wait in the front waiting area or car.
6. Respectful Conduct:
- I value your time and mine, any no calls/no shows will be BANNED from booking with me.
- If you have a standing appointment and cancel 3 times in a row, your standing appointment will be removed.
- Unless you have a doctor’s prescription, please do NOT bring any additional hair products.
- Emergency/Last Min/Day Off Appointments is $100 + Service Fee.
7. Refund Policy: I do NOT offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with a service, you have 48 hours to notify me for a redo.
8. Payment Policy: Payment must be rendered at the completion of service. If payment is not rendered, you will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. Accepted payment methods include ApplePay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash, or card.
