How are you protecting yourself and guests during COVID-19?
Prior to COVID-19, it has always been required by for cosmetologists to sterilize, sanitize and keep a clean work environment. Those same practices will be continued throughout the service and in between every guest. To ensure more safety measures it is recommended that all guests wear masks upon entry. IF YOU FEEL SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME.
What is your late policy?
I do ask that my guests respect my time, as I will respect yours. I know things happen, so I allotted a 15 minute grace period for both of us. If I do not hear from you within the 15 minute grace period, you'll be considered a no call/no show and will be charged 60% of your service. If I'm able to still accommodate you after being 15 minutes late, my late fee is $25.
What are your prices? How do I book?
Click the booking site link. Please feel free to text me at 301-385-3824 and I will be happy to guide you with online booking. ALL appointments must be booked on this website. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will direct everyone to this site to book. I do not offer walk in appointments, please consider this when booking with me.
Please note that my prices are non-negotiable. The online calendar has all the times and dates available. If you do not see the time and date then that slot is not available.
Do long hair charges apply to your services?
Yes. There is a long hair charge of $20 due to the amount of time and extra product it takes to complete the service. Long hair is considered 3 inches below the armpit. This also applies to hair that is extremely dense (thick). You will not be charged more than once if your hair is both dense and long, it would still be $20.
If you are getting a service with extensions, the charge does not apply because the price was created with the assumption of already using more product and time than a typical service.
Why is a non refundable deposit required to book?
A non refundable deposit is required to avoid no show appointments. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This non refundable charge goes towards your service. Deposits can be transferred ONE time for rescheduling.
Do you offer after business hours/emergency appointments?

What payments do you accept?
Cash is preferred, but Cash-app, Venmo, Paypal, ApplePay, your card on file and other major cards are accepted. No checks.
Do I have to shampoo & blowdry my own hair before I come?
No a shampoo & blowdry is included in EVERY service price unless its a trim or steam treatment. Its an additional $15. I do not work on dirty hair.
I want a service that I don't see on your website, what should I do?
If there is a service that you're interested in receiving but do not see on my website, please feel free to reach out to me via text at 301-385-3824. If I do not offer the service, I will be happy to refer you to someone who does offer the service you're looking to get done.
